Cemetery iris. It’s that pretty little pure white bearded iris that you see around old home sites on country roads. Shortish and with handsome grayish foliage. It blooms really early in the spring. An ancient garden plant and useful in gardens in a way many bearded irises aren't because the foliage is shorter and less floppy and less inclined to be tattered by the end of the summer.
